Mr. Cavero is a Florida attorney practicing over 24 years in the field of Real Estate, Commercial and Residential Leases, Removal Actions (including foreclosures, ejectments, unlawful detainers and evictions), and Civil Litigation. Landlord-Tenant Practice Mr. Cavero
Mr. Cavero has successfully represented clients in all aspects of Landlord-Tenant legal matters. This includes the negotiation and drafting of lease agreements, early termination tenant work-outs, state and local code violations related to leased property, special build-out matters for leased property, resolving tenant matters out of court, and all aspects of tenant removal matters representing tenants and landlords over the tenure of his practice. Mr. Cavero maintains a department in his practice specifically focused on litigation of foreclosures, ejectments, unlawful detainers and evictions. Mr. Cavero actively litigates removal matters in the courts of Miami-Dade County and Broward County. Mr. Cavero also represents clients defending themselves in residential and commercial foreclosure actions.
Commercial Lease Practice
Mr. Cavero has extensive experience in the negotiation and drafting of commercial lease agreements for retail business property, office space, restaurants, warehouse space and strip malls. Mr. Cavero advises landlords and business tenants on leases and potential work-out options in post-disaster (hurricane), early termination tenant work outs scenarios, and possession turnovers. Mr. Cavero has also negotiated special build-out and special use commercial leases for highly regulated zones in Miami-Dade County and Broward County, such as Miami Beach. He has also negotiated leases for specialty use such as technology companies.
