stored value, new technology transactions, corporate structuring, regulatory
and administrative law, and litigation matters. Because of this wealth
of experience, we can provide our clients with high quality yet affordable
representation in a broad range of legal matters.MLG Practice Groups The firm is comprised of six distinct practice groups that work interactively with one another when needed to serve our client’s legal objectives. Each practice group has a lead attorney responsible for all matters related to the group. The groups also consolidate information for posting on this site relevant to their clients needs or niche industry. On-Line Consultations Capitalizing on available technology, the MLG has established On-line Consultations for its clients and perspective clients. The system uses a web-based service wherein documents may be simultaneously review, revised edited or changed, or  where
legal research may be shared while speaking to an MLG attorney. There
is a fixed hourly charge for both the service and the attorney’s
time, but where a client is abroad, in another state, or pressed for time,
the service is invaluable. While consultations are available for existing
and potential clients, we have had considerable feedback for Online Consultations
from attorneys and solo practitioners (local counsel) that wish to have
a “second opinion” from MLG related to cases they are working
on, but which are in our practices areas. So long as there is no existing
or potential conflict of interest, the service is equally available to
these professionals.Working with the Public Sector  The MGL
commitment to our niche practice areas has also extended to legal consultation
and being a legal resource to the public sector, state and local, where
the firm has participated in the drafting of new regulations, & industry
feedback, for new laws and initiatives. If you are in the public sector,

use. MLG at Conferences and in Trade Publications The attorneys at MLG actively write for niche industry trade publications.  Our attorneys have actively contributed

Likewise, our attorneys have presented at various trade shows including
the Telecard-Expo, the Prepaid Markets Expo, and the Pelourus Group national
and international Stored Value Conferences. At MLG we believe it to be
