His appellate practice is limited State and Federal claims regarding administrative appeals, governmental tort liability and constitutional claims. Mr. Maldonado’s transactional practice includes business planning, business negotiations, new technology business planning, Foreign PTT Negotiations, International representation, corporate structuring, corporate acquisitions, administrative action defense and petitions before the federal and state agencies, Stored Value regulatory compliance and business planning, and Money Service Business planning and structuring. In 2004, Mr. Maldonado consulted and participated in the drafting and passage of the Illinois Phone Card Fraud Act, a law aimed at curbing consumer fraud by unstable and uncertified providers. Mr. Kiselius holds law degree from the University of Miami School of Law where he was a contributing writer to Res Ipsa Loquitor and where he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta. During his law school career, Mr. Kiselius also served as a Certified Legal Intern for the Miami Public Defender’s Office and the Family Law Self-Help Center. Mr. Kiselius also possesses a Florida, State Certified Contractor’s license and was a successful contractor for a decade prior to his law degree. Mr. Kiselius’s work with the MLG has primarily focused on legal research and developing federal and state motion practice with MLG attorneys in the areas of commercial and contract law, technology law and administrative law.
